The deputy spotted the medicine cat and padded up to her, hoping to gets some herbs. "Minnowreed? Hey, could I get some herbs to keep my immune system up? I'm not feeling like I've caught the disease, but I'd like some just in case."

Minnowreed~ Tags~ Miracleheart

Minnowreed looked up from sorting. Miracleheart was looking desperate. He gazed down at his nearly empty pile of herbs. The only herbs that could settle down the horrors of the new outbreak. Images of Hazelreed asking for the herbs, not feeling sick filled his mind. Her refused, wanting to save up, and his beloved sister caught the disease, and died. Minnowreed looked up at his eyes. Full with worry. He nodded and said; "Of course. But please, help me collect more, I'm almost out." The tom nodded. Minnowreed nudged the herbs to him. He nodded and lapped them up. "Lets go." He said waving his tail.

"Mommy, where's Redkit? She's not been playing me since she was sleeping in Minnowreed's den." Willowheart looked down at her. "She's uh-well." Lightkit's eyes looked straight at her. Lightkit was filled with worry. Was her mother keeping things? Strange, advanced thoughts for a kit the age of 1 moon. Lightkit pushed upwards, testing out her legs. "It's fine. I don't need to know." Lightkit squeaked. Redkit was probably gone. Maybe she left the clan? Lightkit shook her head. "Are you ok?" Willowheart asked. Lightkit looked at her. "You are only one moon." Lightkit was taken aback. "I'm fine. I am going to find Redkit." Lightkit puffed. Willowheart tried to object, but Lightkit had already dashed away.
