Darkface rose to greet shrewpaw. His face was dirty and so she groomed him slowly. Next she went to go to speak to Shimmerpool about her cough.

Thrushpaw padded over to Redfire, hoping to be told his duties, so he could finish them and practice his training in the training area.

Shimmerpool padded across the clan area, heading towards the entrance to go out and find herbs. But stops once she sees Darkface pad towards her

Redfire held the clan meeting, and Thurshpaw was given a mentor! His mentor would be Darkface. Darkface's face lit up (Ironicly) and she went and touched noses with the new apprentice. As for Shrewpaw, he would be mentored by Redfire. Shrewpaw was so excited, he was eager to start training with his fellow apprentice Thurshpaw. Shimmerpool was too young to need a medicine cat apprentice, but someday she will need one. Darkface finishes up with the clan meeting and heads to Shimmerpool's den.

"Hi Shimmerpool" she says. "I need something to stop this cough"

Shimmerpool turned to Darkface then nodded. She grabbed the last few tansy flowers and placed then in front of Darkface.
"This should stop the coughing and when you start to feel better, come back and I'll give you some juniper berries. Those will help you breath."

Thrushpaw was padding around, his chest puffed out and his tail swishing happily.

Darkface thanked Shimmerpool and headed out of the den, coughing. Darkface was very sick.

Shrewpaw ran over to Thurshpaw, who was looking over confident, and started to play-fight with him. Apprentices! This is no behavior I want to see. Go clean out the Queen's den! Thurshpaw have Shrewpaw a dirty look, and Shrewpaw shruged and they headed out.

Shimmerpool quickly darted out of camp. Going around the territory to gather herbs.

Thrushpaw went in and told Iristail that they were to clean out the den
Iristail quickly moved out of the way and let the apprentices clean.

Shrewpaw quickly found another way to get in trouble. As they were cleaning, and rain started to patter from all the sides, Shrewpaw ran out of the den, covering himself in newly made mud. As you could tell, Thrushpaw was beginning to get mad at the young renegade.

Iristail quickly moved pit of the way of the muddy apprentice. And went inside the den when Thrushpaw came out to scold the fellow apprentice. He was slowly getting tired of Shrewpaw's games.

But Shrewpaw continued to disrespect his fellow apprentice and all the others. He ate almost all of the fresh-kil pile and lay down to sleep right in the warriors den.

Redfire tired of this and ordered his apprentice to go hunt on his own and not come back until he had food to feed the entire clan. He also was not allowed to eat until the following day.

Darkface's apprentice Thurshpaw had just gone hunting and returned with a lot of new food for the clan. Redfire smiled. He was on his way to becoming a warrior.

Silkytail the deputy was out on a hunting patrol, and found two cats, 31 and 32 moons old. They were brothers, and were seriously deprived all of food and water. She brought them back to camp to nurture them in the kit's den. It was un-decided what would become of them.

Iristail, being the kind soul she was, moved to make room for the two newcomers. She then gave idle chat to the two.

Shimmerpool had returned only a few moments after the arrival of the two newest cats. She quickly went and sort out her herbs, then went to check on the brothers.

Thrushpaw took his anger out on the prey, killing them swiftly and returned to the clan with two birds and plump mouse, then piling them into the barren freshkill pile.
