A feeder tossed Penelope and Fenns some berries. "Eat fast, or else you don't get to finish eating. Gonna use both of you for training later." he said. He muttered to himself as he left, "The little Piplup needs to stop being such a wimp..."

Fenns growled at this remark, and Penelope hung her head sadly.

"You're not a wimp, you're just a pacifist! You don't want to hurt anyone! Forget what that guy said, you're perfect just the way you are! said Fenns, trying to comfort Penelope.

"Thank you, but I'll never be as brave as you..." Penelope said sadly.

"You just need friends who love you to be brave!" said Fenns.

She is shorter than other Eevee's.
But that doesn't mean she is weak.
She is very patient. And will do what she is told.

That means... She can be very ignorant from time to time.

Most of the time, he is scared of everything.
And mostly other Pokemon.
But, when he gets to meet you.
He is the sweetest things ever~

He thinks of Fluffy as a sister.

Personality: Delta is bright, happy and cheery, but she doesn't like to talk about her leg or her eyesight. She can get around fine, but she sometimes runs into walls still.
Lovelife: She has a crush on Noctis hehehehe
