"A Clan in general is a group of cats who live together. We happen to call ourselves DuskClan," Featherwisp answered. "And this is DuskClan territory. Seeing as you're not a DuskClan cat..." she trailed off. "If you wanna take prey, take it from them. They wouldn't give you much trouble even if they wanted to. Too weak," she murmured, pointing across the watering hole to DawnClan territory.

"Really? A group of cats who live together? Seems... interesting," Moon said, "But how is water part of your territory? I know it could be within your clan's area, but seeing as the water is probably on the border, I didn't 'steal' prey. It is within both of your clan's and this other clan you live next to's area, it belongs to none of you because it isn't completely in one's territory. Here's proof that I didn't steal." She tossed the fish over to the cats. She was hoping that giving them the fish would at least let her get away, and, if possible, have them take her to this 'Duskclan's' leader.

The brown and white tabby color-point commented. "I think Duskstar would like to see him." But once she noticed the white tom trembling, Dappleflame felt empathetic. Sorry, Ross. I know what you feel like but I am loyal to my leader.

"The boundaries of a territory aren't always physical, eh? Our boundary happens to include this area of water, which makes you an intruder,"[/color] Featherwisp meowed stubbornly. She took the fish when the other cat threw it to her, grateful that the confrontation would not likely lead to violence. "You better come with us. I think our leader will be interested to know that you were caught on our territory."

"Alright..." Moon said, and she reluctantly walked up to the group of cats, standing next to a white and pale ginger tomcat. She was wondering who the cat's leader was. She was also pleased that they could likely solve the situation without conflict. Moon had also noticed that the cat she was standing next to was trembling as if he was face-to-face with a huge dog or just got out of freezing cold water.

Featherwisp flicked a tail while waiting for the stranger to reach the patrol. With the fish in her mouth, she led the way back to camp. They hadn't done much hunting, but that would be understandable, she hoped, since they had caught an intruder.
