featherkit shifted opening one eye seeing colors flash so intencefully that she shut them again in fear of the instence color attacking her like that again. But she realised how mouse-brained that was and opened her eyes seeing her mother's gaze glittering with joy her eyes glittered too she saw her brothers and sister she sat up mewling to blueflower to lick her or feed her affection


Rosepaw's belly was being clawed with guilt she'd get rookpaw in trouble. but if rookpaw wanted to then it wasn't her fault in a way. plus spottedeye isn't a mouse-brain. "yeah come on!" She mewled like a kit and they both padded to the kits where featherkit oakkit alderkit and twigkit lied. silverblaze's eyes clouded with sadness "Is anything wrong?" Rosepaw mewled to her mothering every heart beat she'd glance at the kits mewling and moving some of their eyes wide open like featherkit. "Yes rosepaw, brokenkit has died" Silverblaze shifted a little bit she winced in pain of her loss. "Don't worry i bet your next litter will be beter" Rosepaw mewed while silverblaze's eyes glittered with hope.
