(yes. tbh i don't think his motor skills would be so bad without him being so sick that he would die of some deficiency. i think his major problem would be taurine deficiency, which could cause eyesight issues even to the point of blindness. if its that bad tho he'll also have a heart disease and be at high heart attack risk. he would also have a protein deficiency. he would have bad hair and his fur might be patchy but it would grow back as he gets better. he would have weak bones (prone to breaks), might never be able to reproduce, and will be a little smaller than others his age. you could also possibly give him are neurological issues (head tilt, stumbling, seizures) from a vitamin deficiency. i wouldn't recommend giving him all of these things tho since that would mean he would be so bad off he would probably need veterinary assistance to survive.
look up taurine, vitamin b1, and/or protein deficiency in cats if you want more specifics)

(tbh he looks more like just a white cat with brown splotches to me but i could see how it could be a dilute calico. i know your one boy is a calico too...whats his name...that one loner kit who is breezeshade's i think)

(also, i'm not telling you that you can't have palepaw be immobile if that is what you want but know that, realistically, he would die. idk how quickly but yeah i'm not trying to force you to not to what you wanted to do with him ;w; )
