History: Malakai and his brother were born into a somewhat... dysfunctional family. Unbeknownst to their mother, their father was a werewolf; he often left on certain nights, claiming he was going out drinking when he had to deal with his shifts. Their mother herself was... unstable. Their father had anger issues, often too involved in his wolf side that he let it take control more than the human in him. Their mother hadn't found out about the wolf bloodline until Kai had made his own transformation, a truly painful experience. Their mother outcasted them, and their father, well... He'd never been all that helpful in their lives. As soon as he was able, Malakai left and brought his brother with him.
Personality: On the outside, Malakai is a cheerful, humorous person. He seems bright and always full of energy, in contrast to his more toned-down brother. The two can almost be considered polar opposites. But his joking, friendly outer shell hides a lot more pain inside. He's always anxious for his brother, and fiercely protective; he's also got a bit of an issue with keeping his wolf under control, but he manages well. All in all, he tries his best; he's a hard worker, patient, and commited, with nothing but good intentions.
