Japan and China are doing surprisingly well in competitive swimming. I guess they haven't wasted the four years they had before Rio, huh?
USA... No surprise. They always do well. Although I think team GB are lacking slightly.
I'm looking forward to see Michael Phelps' 200m butterfly! C:
Oh, and did you see the opening ceremony? It was rather.. Interesting. Brazilians sure do have some awesome creativity.
So far I'm just watching the swimming technique and comparing their times to mine. I thinks it a bit too early to compare times at the moment though, but I like to aim high x3.

Speaking about mindset, I need to work on it. I'm a very competitive person, and being last in one race can make me become very negative which makes my performance drop for the races ahead. It's a barrier I need to overcome, and I know I'll become so much better when I do.
(Y'know, I wouldn't mind that at all. I'll be like 'hey sola!' Tehe x3)

Fitbit? Strangely I've never hear of it.
Oooh. There's a speedo one which I saw not long ago when I was surfing (no pun intended) around FaceBook.
It looks smart, although I personally wouldn't want to swim with it.
