It's a banner pet. You get it by clicking the banner and if you're lucky, you get the deer.

You click the banner on the bottom of the page (which you click to get candies) and you'll have a random chance of getting one. It's totally random, though! So good luck!

Uhh I think the sweater was from christmas one year maybe. The scarf is a retired item from 2010 that was in the store. ^^, they fit the deer nicely :o
