his name is Lead, nickname being Plumbum, because on the periodic table, Lead is labeled as Pb, which stands for Plumbum.
He is blind in his left eye due to oil contamination
And he was born with his pupil looking like it's bleeding into his iris, which is also known as tadpole pupil.
