Hello! So I am trying to make adoptable lines! Do I have to redraw the adoptable creature over and over again? Or is there a way I can shrink it and multiply it? I have read the entire post a couple times now, and I can't find anything to help me do that! Any help would be really appreciated!

If you duplicate the layer you've drawn your adoptable lines on using ctrl-shift-d, you can move them around, and re-scale them using ctrl-y to access the transform tool.

Go to the "Art" section at the top of the screen on the right side and click it. Then click on "Beginner's Oekaki."
Right above the first drawing on the left corner should be a button that says "New Drawing" next to a small search bar. Click that and you can start drawing. When you're done with your drawing, there'll be a button that say's "File." Click that and select "Save." You will then be prompted to post the drawing. If you have any other questions about this feel free to ask! I tried to make it simple and easy to understand.

Hello! Im just wondering how do you make lineart then have white lineart on it ?

-If you want to change the colour of the lineart, click on lock alpha, it'll let you colour over the lineart to change it.
-If you want to make lineart, create another layer, turn up smoothing and draw the lineart over the sketch. You can delete your sketch layer when you're done, or just turn it off.
-If you're trying to make a 'sticker', create a layer beneath your lineart, colour and shading and use white to outline the drawing.

I'm not 100% sure what you meant, but hopefully something here helps?
