Rustpelt looked up at the looming mountain range. It made her remember Gingerheart and how he left her. She shook off the thought. She promised herself there would be no more grudges. The thought about Gingerheart just brought about more and more thoughts about the clan and Smokepaw and her mate. She had been out so long, and she missed them. It didn't help that she barely knew any of the other prophecy cats, and they didn't talk enough for her to get to know them. She decided to distract herself by talking. "We're almost there." She meowed with a sigh. "Maybe we should catch a bit of prey before we go up. There's no guarantee we'll be able to catch anything up there."

Darkswift flicks his tail as he mews. "Together so we don't get lost. We don't know where we are and we don't know what is around here. At least if we are in pairs we can protect each other." The tomcat flicks his tail as he looked at Rustpelt as he then glances over at Mottlefur.
