In the forest, animals roam. Bears, deer, rabbits, but not many think of cats. No, not your everyday household cat, but strays that resorted to living in the woods with no help from humans. After generations of these cats, they begin to stick to their daily lives. They live in clans, and live life with each other. There are threats, like Two legs, bigger animals, and natural disasters. One of these clans, are OrchidClan. A clan that was built by apprentices, queens and kits who ran away from MossClan, about 60 moons ago. MossClan was falling apart, their leader was insane, their deputy brayed them and their warriors were against each other. One apprentice decided to leave with the five other apprentices. He was named Patchpaw. Patchpaw convinced the Queens to come along with their kits, and to build a new clan. He was 14 moons old at the moment, nearly a warrior. They trusted him and all three of the queens came.
They traveled many miles in a few days, which led them to their new home. The apprentices began to mark their scent around their new territory. There was peace and happiness. A queen named Dapplenose ranked Patchpaw ,leader. All the queens agreed that he was smart, loyal and caring. Which made them think he was a strong leader for the clan. The clan was named after their old clan, Mossclan. The cats seemed pretty happy with the clan.
Moons pass and all the clan cats are falling in love. One pairing was Patchstar and Goldeye. Goldeye was one of the apprentices who came along, and help build the clan. It wasn't long til the two were expecting kits. The clan was happy for them and was excited for new kits. The kits would be the only ones in the nursery because all the kits that were brought along had already grew to apprentices, and were being mentored by their mothers and other warriors. There were no kits and apprentices.
So a few moons has passed and the they were born. Two tabby kits, one a male and other a female. The male was an orange solid tabby named Firekit, and the female, who was a white and orange tabby cat, was named Orchidkit. The kits were curious and happy. They always played with their parents and with the warriors. Patchstar promised he would mentored both of his kits, but Goldeye protested and decided she would mentor Firekit and he'd mentor Orchidkit. Patchstar soon agreed.
One day, the kits were playing around camp, and they decided to wander out of camp and play. They were playing Hide and go seek, as the two kits came across a Twoleg. Orchidkit froze and Firekit hissed for her to come on. The Twoleg began walking closer, Firekit and Orchidkit turned around to start running, but a the Twoleg quickly grabbed Orchidkit. Firekit began running, he was terrified. He went back to camp, and told his father, who then went out to find her. He searched all day and found nothing. He and the clan announced that Orchidkit was in StarClan. Patchstar decided to rename the clan after his daughter, OrchidClan.
Over 30 moons later, he still is the leader of OrchidClan, though he has three lives left. Firekit, who is now Firefoot, is a warrior. Many of the original warriors and queens are now elders or in Starclan. There are new cats now, some descend from original warriors, rogues, loners, kittypets or are from the unknown.

You can make as many cats as you'd like, as long as you can handle them. Also you can make some StarClan warriors that were warriors in the old MossClan or Warriors in the new MossClan/OrchidClan. As long as it fits in with the past.
