I was just wondering, of I draw tryout art for someone when they order in my shop, would it be alright to enter the same contest with diffrent art? Is it rude or against any rules? Am I thinkingg to hard about this?

Very helpful! I'm opening an art shop soon, and I'm in need of lots of guidance.

I was wondering if there's a polite way to go about saying "the art I got was nothing like your examples, I'd like a refund"
I feel like there's no way I can get a refund, seeing as I paid in pets and they've already accepted my trade.. but the examples in this artists' art shop was nothing close to the piece I received. It looked like it had been done by a completely different artist... and I feel like they google searched an image and copied the pose?? I don't really know what to do, I don't want to be rude... but it's just not the quality work I paid for.
What do I do?
