Abruptly, there were crows squawking in alarm above his head, therefore Rookpaw was distracted and missed the shrew. "Aw, Foxdung!" He cursed under his breath, his tail lashing with annoyance as he got back to his paws. Shaking out his pelt, he inhaled the air once again to see if he could scent anything more. Nothing.Suddenly a thought crept into his mind. What if I scared off all the prey? The cat thought, embrassment flooding over him.
