Van wiped away a tear from her eye and gave him a sympathetic smile. "I'm not laughing at you. I guess I'm laughing that you would be willing to go that far to try and make me believe. It's like me going up to you and telling you that I'm straighter than a board." Her voice was gentle, but mixed with amusement.

"Between the two of us, can you honestly say that you believe I'm more attractive than Shade to you?" She asked, raising an eyebrow. She brushed back her snow white bangs, her slender fingers winding with the locks.

Shade stood and stared at himself in the mirror. He cocked his head to the side and scrutinized his reflection. He certainly didn't like the way he looked, not at least better than he had before. He already missed his tiara...but it was broken, so there was nothing he could do about it.

Bidding Michelle goodbye, he walked out of the store, his dark eyebrows pulled together. "Next, the clothing store." He murmured in a sulky voice. He headed there immediately and went inside; it was a very masculine store--something Shade would absolutely never wear.

Fabian sulkily kicked the ground with a foot, his pale eyes glancing at Van with a sad light. "Shade is prettier then you are to me" He admitted, with a small disgusted snort, he hated being gay, he wanted to be straight like the normal kids, and he WOULD act straight, he wouldn't give into his desire to be with Shade, nor any other attractive man.

Fabian slumped his shoulders and then his mind wandered to Shade, remembering how he'd hurt him and Fabian cringed, wondering where he was, and if he was okay, he's have to take him out for some sort of good food sometime, to make up for it, there would not be any romantic element in it, Fabian was sure of that.

Cue looked in to the direction Van went. Her words had hurt him, "I guess I need to be alot less scary in my defences" he sighed. He glared back at Mitchell, "Come on, let's get something to eat" he suggested. He walked slowly in the direction of the tuckshop, his eyes always observing the surroundings and other people passing him. He wondered if Mitchell was still hyperly worried and frightened because of him? Probably not since the already dealed with those events.

(I edited the post some more, added a bit more info. There isn't much info on him, mostly because he is one of my newer OCs, any of my other OCs have major detailed pasts, and funny enough one of them is named Raiden...
But anyways, can you please tell me if more info is need, and where? I am some what at a lost as to what else I should put about him.)

Van's smile was sympathetic. "I know it's hard being gay, Fabe. We get a lot of hate and life isn't peaches and cream, but you'll be even more unhappy if you deny your true feelings. Even if you find a girl that you enjoy being around, it wouldn't be fair to you or to her to date her when you know that you are attracted to guys in a romantic way." She walked forward and placed her slender hand on his slim shoulder.

From the look on Fabe's face, Van was very much aware that he was thinking about Shade. "Fabe, can I ask you something?" She murmured quietly, looking serious and gentle all at once. "Do you have feelings for Shade that are more than that of a best friend?" Her almond-colored eyes settled in on his, and sympathy and kindness were reflected in their depths.

Shade scanned the clothing racks, trying his best not to wrinkle his nose in disgust as he perused over all of the "straight" men's clothing. In the end, he bought several jeans, tight-fitting ones, some regular t-shirts with band names and designs he had seen guys like Jer wearing, and finally settled on getting some Converse and DC's. Staring at the clothing in the shopping bags, he couldn't help feeling a twinge of uneasiness. He knew this wasn't him at all.

As he walked out of the store, he saw his reflection in the glass and it took him a while to recognize that it was actually him staring back. The black hair, still wavy but cut just above his lower neck, were so different than his crimson locks that he had had only hours before. Only his eyes appeared to be the same, though they looked sad.

Fabian bit his lip and frowned, his pale eyes narrowing and he let out a small sigh. "Can you... Just not tell anyone? I want to feel accepted, even if it is just for a little while" He mumbled quietly, looking away from his pale haired friend, he let out a small groan and brushed his hand under his fringe, used to his gloves being there, it just didn't feel right.

Fabian's eyes widened when Van asked her question and he looked sharply at her, his cheeks flushing pink. He gulped nervously and then slumped his shoulders in a depressed, melancholy way before frowning. His pale eyes narrowing in embarrassment.

"Yes."
