Daisyfrost watched as a few warriors and apprentices walked up to Patchstar, asking for apprentices or mentors. This made her smile sadly. She had always wanted to mentor an apprentice, but she still hadnt gotten one. But she knew the leader had their reasons.

"Yes, you will." Patchstar said as he watch Firefoot and Spottedeye come over. "I need you two and another cat to go take Rookpaw on a patrol." He looked around and saw Daisyfrost. "See if Daisyfrost wants to go." He mewed. Firefoot nodded and headed her way as Spottedeye went to get Rookpaw."Hey, Daisyfrost, do you want to come with us on a hunting patrol?"

Her eyes widened as the two headed over to her. Her ears twitching curiously, the female nodded, even though hunting wasn't her strong suit. "Sure thing," the she-cat mewed.

With a bounce in his pawsteps, Rookpaw prepared himself to go on his first patrol. Maybe I'll catch some prey! Even better, a rabbit or two, He thought, working his paws in the ground impatiently.

"Should we return to camp? maybe Patchstar is Setting out patrols or something after all we don't wanna run into another patrol!" she was so happy of what she got that she didn't See that a plump mouse had just walked right in front of her. uh... do prey just walk in your paws like that? weird. Can't think of it to much surely! i am weird. She thought "Come on you fur balls! Shadowclan cats are faster!" She teased and went to get the rest of her prey she had got. honestly she just wanted to sleep her worries away.

"Cool, come on Spottedeye and Rookpaw!' Firefoot yelled over to the two cats. He looked at Daisyfrost. "If you need help hunting or any tips, you ask me or Spottedeye, but you may want to ask me. I'm a great hunter." He said lazily. He tilted his head over here way and smirked. He saw Spottedeye and Rookpaw walk by, "Oh, let's go." He said as he began walking next to Spottedeye.
