Rookpaw nodded to the warrior and heard Patchstar call the clan to a meeting. That must be my ceremony, and other cats too, I know I'm a bit older to become an apprentice, but I'm sure I'll catch up! The black and white tom thought enthusiastically. He padded over and sat down close to where the leader was standing, his tail twitching in anticipation.

She crouched into a hunting crouch and started stalking, Her Favorite fresh-kill, A pump squirrel. she remember how the first prey she had gotten was in fact a squirrel and i was amazing. "Hey flamefang do you think your father is awake by now? he has been sleepin to much." She mewed jokingly.

"Why do we have to go back to camp? I haven't started my swimming training yet!" She complained. "Do not worry as soon as he is done the clan meeting we will go back to training" Whitesong mewed, She was right there was important things to be said. "Come on! i'm going to be a warrior soon! the hunting patrol will be back as well!" Needlepaw mewed excitedly. Rosepaw looked back at the training fields.

"This is a small announcement for mainly apprentices without mentors. You will be all getting a mentor later at sunset. So, please see me if you have no mentor. I will also do the ceremonies oldest to youngest cat. Just to kinda make it more fair. " The leader said his words very loud with pride. His eyes glinted with happiness and excitment for the clan.

The tom listened to his father speak to the clan. He sat near Spottedeye, who was just about to go hunting. The announcement was short and simple, he could relay the message back to the cats who went hunting and missed it.

(Please PM me your cat if you are interested in them being in the deputy poll. Also, most of cats are open and I am thinking about a prophercy for the clan, but I kinda would like more active members before I do that.)

"Sure but he is sleeping more like a bear. but it is true, he's getting older with not many moons to live by those lives are pushing him farther from starclan then ever" She purred but looked down at the plump squirrel she had just got. and dug a hole for it to be when she is looking for more prey. "Hey since we are like a small hunting patrol maybe we can bring back a few mice, bunnies or starlings or somethin' like it yanno our prey pile is runnin low!" She let a amused purr

"Patch star greyclaw told me that he wanted me to become a warrior so can i have my warrior name! i was thinking needlepelt or Needlefang! that sounds awesome!" She was so happy she couldn't think properly. She jumped up in excitement.

"Whitesong, can we swim tomorrow? that would be nice" She purred halfheartedly "well i will think about it." Whitesong said treading across the clearing then she stumbled into firefoot "Ha For every time You fall i get your fresh-kill!" She purr jokingly "But you'd starve" She murmmered

"I think i'm getting to old you guys." she was always too tired suddenly black filled her eyes She fell to the ground helpless and weak she couldn't see the elders but yet she could see better? Was she in starclan? "Hello young one" A flame colored Orange tom appeared "I am pinenose the old medicine cat of Mossclan, you may remember me, spottedblaze. i am here to lead you to starclan." He mewed spottedblaze stopped dead. "Wait, does that mean?" Spottedblaze mew was interrupted by his Nod. She followed pinenose into starclan.

She started stalking a mouse and said more quietly "Just to make sure, try to get a starling, if you can catch it then nothing's wrong and if you can't" She sank her teeth into the scruff of the mouse "You are sick, then we will stop the hunting patrol to get you back to the camp."

The young tom felt as if his heart would burst from excitement as he padded over to his leader, trying to keep a calm demeanor. But there was a question on his mind that he couldn't be quiet about. "Am I getting a mentor?" He asked Patchstar, the words tumbling out of his mouth like a waterfall even though he knew that the older cat was getting spoken to a lot at once.

"Of course, you'll be the first apprentice in fact." He said with gleaming eyes. He was happy to see an eager young cat. He hoped off the rock and called over Firefoot, Spottedeye, Rookpaw and Willowstorm.
