Phil looked at dan and picked Janai up "come on.."he spoke and grabbed dans hand as he got both of them out. He still hears the child's soft cries "I'm sorry.." he spoke softly

"How about that shakeaway?" Dan suggested, hoping to cheer the child up. He really didn't like seeing her sad, but he wasn't about to show it. He squeezed Phil's hand a little and followed him out.

(*coughs* what's a shakeway.. I have no idea *coughs*)

Janai looked at Dan and slowly nodded. PHIL squeezed dans hand back and went to the shakeway store "go,pick out what you want" he spoke and turned to dan "the poor woman.."he spoke softly

"Yeah..." Dan said, then took Janai's hand and walked up to the counter. "I'll have cookie dough oreo," he told the woman at the counter, then looked to Janai then to Phil, "what would you guys like?"

(Kind of a make your own milkshake place, neither did I, until I saw it in one of Dan's videos. The U.S. is depriiiiived!)

Janai looked at Dan and pointed to the chocolate flavour.

Phil nodded softly "I think I'll have a strawberry one" he spoke softly and glanced at the small child. Janai was truely an orphan now.. there was no way him and dan could turn back now.

"And a chocolate and strawberry as well please," he finished. The woman nodded her head and pushed a few buttons on the monitor. She left and returned a couple minutes later with the three milkshakes. Dan handed the chocolate one to Janai, the strawberry one to Phil, and took a couple sips of his cookie dough oreo shake.

Janai started to drink the milk shake. PHIL looked at dan "do you still wanna go do the shopping or not?" He asked softly at him.

Dan nodded, "It will get her mind off things," he said, gesturing to Janai and taking a sip of his shakeaway. He took Janai's free hand and began to walk toward the shopping center.

(I think ShakeAway is in the shopping center, but oh well!)

Janai held dans hand as they walk. She took a sip of the drink "sir.. are you gonna keep me.." she asked softly

(Oh well maybe it is in the shopping center xD)

Dan looked at Phil. "No," he told her, stopping and bending down to her level. "Legally, I can't do that," he said, pausing to sip his milkshake, "I think the question is, 'Would you like to stay with me?'"
