Ashrunner sat straighter as Mousestar approached.

He came and sat in front of her. "Hello Ashrunner, I wanted to bring the topic of deputy up with you" His blue-green eyes met hers.

Moorpaw entered the app. den, looking at its empty floor. She remembered the way the other Clans' app. dens were filled with nests.

She blinked, nodding briefly. ``Very well. If you're expecting an omen of some sort, though, I'm afraid I have nothing to provide.``

He bowed his head. "I still don't have an idea who to choose, and I dont want to choose favorites" He looked down at his paws, kicking at the ground, sending a rock in Ashrunner's directions. He felt a strange feeling in his ears, a tingling feeling.

``Perhaps hold off until tomorrow. We might be sent a sign.`` She twitched her thin tail, eyes downcast. ``And if not, I think either Tinyfeather or Redfeather.``

Oaktail went to check on moorpaw and to congratulate her.

He nods. "Of course, hopefully StarClan will send a sign, but otherwise I think both of them would fit the occupation.." He goes quiet, looking back up at the medicine cat. He offered a slight smile.

Moorpaw scrounged through a bush outside of the app. den, grabbing a few leaves and sticks, padding inside of the den, setting down the supplies, sitting down, starting to create her bed.
