Fernpaw is a lazy, chill, forgetful apprentice who is often just slacking off. Fernpaw easily get distracted and leaves often at the middle of a conversation if things are becoming too boring for him. He can be found sleeping, eating, or staring off into space. Fernpaw was only accepted in the clan because of his persuasive mother, and how silent he was and could actually take orders (sometimes). The only way for him to actually do something would be if some cat told him what task he needs to perform. Fernpaw has the potential to become something greater, but decided to take the path of a smooth clan life.

History Fernpaw's mother was Pine, a calm cat living the luxurious life of a kittypet. After Pine came across a tom and became pregnant, Fernpaw's father quickly died because of a car accident. Devastated, Pine began wandering away from the twoleg den, getting closer and closer to the forest. While on her walks, the queen gave birth to Fernpaw and his sister, Thistle. Far away from her home, the alluring scent of blood had attracted a badger to the she cat. Pine attempted to defend her kits, but was left exhausted after the kitting. A Meadow Clan patrol just happened to be passing by, and swiftly chased out the dangerous badger with a skillful plan. In thanks, Pine had hesitantly handed Fernpaw to the clan cats in hopes that her son may be able to become a strong warrior. She stayed in the clan for a few weeks before returning back to the two leg place with Thistle. Fernpaw had been close with his twin, the two seeming to read each other's minds. Fernpaw was forced to stay with Meadow Clan, training lazily to become a warrior.
