There is just something in the spirit of the overprivileged&arrogant american high school boy that appeals to me immensely.

Scorsese's New York, New York - not as good as his other works but yeah it portrays an abusive, dysfunctional couple perfectly. De Niro&the jazzy soundtrack is to die for, too.

I went to see Godzilla Resurgence & it was interesting. Comically serious.

I think it was Joy. It was so good and had a very powerful message, I might watch it again. Plus I like Jennifer Lawrence.

I watched Fried Green Tomatoes. An old one and really long but worth it. At times it had me really sad and scared for the characters but it had humor and hope as well.
