Fireblossom paused as she heard cracking in the undergrowth. "Nightshade, you stay here. I'm going to go check that out." She snaked through the trees, pausing every time the bracken snapped, so she could get a better location on the intruder. Once she was clear on where it was, she stepped out, hackles raised, eyes uncertain. But she relaxed as she saw the deputy, Snowcloud. "Snowcloud," she said softly, "I need to talk to you."

Vinepaw - 11 moons - Tagged; Windfall - Loyal

Vinepaw sat besides Windfall. "I think we should just move on with or without them," he commented, tail lashing.

Maplestream flicked an ear up. Turning around, she saw her apprentice, sitting next to Winfall. Tilting her head in confusion, she made her way back over to the small group "How long have you been sitting there?" she asked, trying to work out how she had missed seeing her apprentice.

Stormstar smiled, and nodded Good job Grasspaw. We aren't hunting, though, and we've only just left camp, so let's not stop and hunt. Perhaps once we get to the river, we can join up with Windfall's patrol, and hunt with them

Snowcloud was on the trail of a mouse, when a scent flitted across his nose. Rising to his paws, and scaring the mouse away, he turned in time to see Fireblossom. Fireblossom he said I wasn't expecting to see your border patrol here, I thought you were supposed to be checking out the stretch of land between Twolegplace and the Fallen Ash, what brings you along the path to the Moonlit Clearing? Is everything alright?

Reedpaw tilted his head, but nodded. Something was up with Fireblossom. She was leading them in almost the exact opposite direction, but he didn't want to say anything, after all, he was just an apprentice...but Nightshade wasn't. Looking over to the large warrior, he whispered Isn't this the way Redfeather and Venuspaw go to share tongues with Starclan?

Tanglewhisker shook out his pelt, and shifted in his nest. He had been awake for a good long while, and was starting to get tired. Closing his eyes he muttered Don't bother bringing something back fer me... yawning, he flicked his tail tip once, and fell asleep.

Shadowbreath tilted her head Maybe this won't be as hard as I thought she mused. Smiling she said Well, it's never to early to learn how to defend yourself, so I don't see why not. she tilted her head in a 'follow me' gesture, and made her way to the side of the camp that was the most empty. What sort of move do you want first, attack? Or defense?
