Staff Litter Discussion Thread

Am I the only one not very impressed with this years staff litter? I mean i just personally feel the edits were just too busy and the simpler ones are just that...too simple, there isnt much of a in between. I mean I am grateful that the staff did this, don't get me wrong, but personally I dont really have a one I am like "OMG!" about... Some of the baby outcomes I had such high hopes for turned into something...so different. Like I said, kudos and props to the staff, in general you all did an amazing job...but as a member myself, this is probably one of my least favorite litters...

More then anything The Staff do the litter for themselves I'm pretty sure, as they are personal to them. They aren't trying to impress us really, they just want theirs to be accepted/liked.
Busy or Simple

A lot of people like the Simple designs, others like the highly detailed, then there are those that either like both, or neither. We can't all be pleased.

I'm very impressed by the pets, the amount of work and time that has gone into them. The Staff who tried new things and tests their abilities. The stories and meanings behind the pets.

There are two outcomes I'm hoarding.
The others don't appeal to me quite as much, but I can't say they don't impress me for one reason of another regardless :]

I personally love the outcomes, although people are entitled to their own opinion and I dont want to make you feel forced to like them.

I love this years pets, all the line edits are amazing and I love the wings, they just have such amazing details. There are some, like the spa dog that I dont feel as strongly about but still love it.

I do know that the staff make these to represent something personal to them. I applaud them on all there hard work, Some times it just may be something we dont like or feel strongly about, and thats ok!

When spa pup first grew I was sorta like Ewwww, what happened to it! And I dint have many likes about it. But I realized that the more I looked at it the more I liked it.

Nah you're not the only one. I definitely felt that about the busier ones. I've never really been one for super busy designs though, that's just me personally.
As someone said earlier though, this is the staff litter. A chance for the staff to do whatever with their dog that they want, which I think is a super awesome thing. It's neat to see the staff be able to express themselves and make such interesting things according to their style.
(edit) I also agree that I was super in love with some of the baby stages, and then as they grew I was a bit disappointed.
That being said, I liked some of the simpler ones this year. ^_^ I'm definitely a fan of Fiery Gatoh's, have they officially claimed yet?
