The city they all all live in is named Oceania City, and is a sprawling city on the west coast. The city is a booming tourist destination and draws in large crowds every summer and winter. Most of the businesses are in the center of the city with living spaces scattered throughout. On the sprawling sandy beaches are lighthouses and boardwalks with small restaurants and attractions.
Onto Makoatls!
This is Silva, and she is the founder and manager of the Hook 'N Cook seafood restaurant on the boardwalk where the catch phrase there is "You hook it, we cook it!" Despite how stoic and serene she looks, she has an amazing sense of humor and can make the most stone cold Makoatls laugh. She has the bragging rights of being one of the only Makoatls besides Opilio to make Caelus laugh.
Next is Hanamura, the troubled archer who operates the sole archery shop in Oceania City, Top Notch Archery. Ahhhh, archery puns... Nobody in Oceania City really knows when Hanamura arrived or where he came from, only the fact that he's mostly silent and deadly accurate with a bow. In all reality, Hanamura escaped his home country after a planned assassination left him the prime suspect of the murder of his family.
Rãs Numbani, or just Frogs by those who are close to him, is employed at Spin It, the local music store. Always upbeat and excited, he loves to make his own music. He came from a very poor family in South America and immigrated up to the United States to try and get money to help his family back in Brazil. Loud and positive, many come to him for a daily dose of positivity in their lives. His first name Rãs means "frogs' in Portuguese, and since he was younger he has had a love of frogs. He has a pet Australian green tree frog that he carries around with him everywhere, and likes to talk to when working.
