I think that Person A should be female and she is rescuing her little brother, aka Person B. I feel like Person C and D should both be male and had personal relationships in the past as in they used to be friends or something and grew up differently because of some kind of event or something.

I also feel like the names should not be too simple or too complicated.

I like that idea~!
Persons C and D could even be brothers, maybe?

As for personality, I feel five people trying to figure it out could be kinda tricky. Maybe everyone can suggest something they like, dislike, and an important event in their past and the results of that, and we work on it from there.
My suggestions,
A
Likes: the feel of rain on her hair.
Dislikes: hot, dry weather.
Important event: she nearly drowned when she was a kid, and is afraid of large bodies of water.

B.
Likes: running.
Dislikes: the dark.
Important event: His pet dog died? Idk. XD

Not sure for C and D, but we can work on that.

B sounds innocent and young, to me~

I know people want it balanced but I feel it would be a better option for C and D to be both male because I feel like that could make a good addition to the story.

For example, C and D are both male and one is a man who boasts, and the other, a man who uses guerilla tactics. Ya know? I just feel like it would work out more. Idk
