You know, I've had this screenshot of Hiccup from Dawn of the Dragon racers on my laptop for a while now, and...



Something just feels off about it.
Really off.
I think it's his nose.
I'm like...80% convinced the problem is his nose.

But I can't tell /why/ and it's bothering me like crazy.

I'm Seriously Concerned about his nose, though.

Look at the Second Movie VS DotDR, VS RTTE;



I even pulled similar Angles for a Fairer assessment.
/The middle one looks wrong/.
Hiccups nose has a Natural Inner curve, in the Dragon Racers Screenshot his nose looks more Triangular.
Hell, even his shading it starting to look wrong.
Like..He has a warm skin tone, but the Shading looks more like a Cool tone?!

That is sort of weird, I wonder why they messed it up for Dawn of the Dragon Racers, that just makes no sense.

I'm curious; How far are you in the Dragons Series?
I ask because I know we have members who are close to being caught up, but I don't want to bring in conversation that could contain spoilers.

I'm in need of some options, if you all wouldn't mind.
I was drawing Hiccup last night, and it occurred to me how much I generally prefer my sketch lines to my "Clean lines", if you will.
The Art doesn't look /bad/ with Clean lines, but it's not terrible as a sketch either.

So, I've taken my sketch lines and gone over them with black.



I want to know which one looks better.
Personally, I feel that Sketchyness gives it more character, but....
I can post both versions with color, if that might make it easier to decide?
