Can you help me with my shading I have no idea how to do that? Although I draw for the longest time I'm having trouble with shading and lines. (Good with sketching though!) Thanks!!
As of right now I plan to be the only one doing it, since it's just a limited seasonal release (yep, only for Halloween) and not a full-blown species.
As for shading and lines and whatnot, there's lots of tutorials out there. I'll give you a quick rundown of what I do for my lines - 2px pen at 255% (full) opacity. The full opacity keeps it solid, smooth, and less sketchy looking. Then you just have to take it slow from there, and keep it consistent. As for shading... lots you can do there. But generally I copy the color layer if I have one, fill it in entirely with my shading color, set it to multiply, then erase out where light would be hitting and leave places where light wouldn't be... a.k.a. shadows, a.k.a. shading. This is super easy for soft shading with the soft eraser tool, and works well with the regular eraser for more hard "cell" shading.
I don't want to go on too long about it, because my method is just one of many! Experiment and look up some visual tutorials that better explain than I can c:
