Fallenstar smiled softly at Sheep. "Yes, of course..." She lifted her gaze to her clan and closed her eyes for a moment before going on. "Owlcall, Tawnyshadow, Gingerpelt, Cherryflame, Cometpaw, and Coconutpaw all were there for the great journey." Her throats seemed to tighten as she thought about Gingerpelt's death. "Gingerpelt, though, has not come back. She died while giving birth to her kits, and I welcome her three with an open heart, as I hope the rest of you do..." Fallenstar's yellow eyes shimmered before she turned her head away, eyes narrowed in sadness.

Foxfang nodded and pressed his cheek against his mates, smiling. "After Fallenstar is done, we should probably go take our dose of the cure. Just because it's back doesn't mean that we still aren't sick..." He chuckled and picked his paw up before waving it around a little.

After watching Ryemouse walk away, Tawnyshadow looked down at Minnowkit and smiled. "Come on Minnowkit, it's time for us to go sit with your Mother. And you too Wolfkit." The small she-kit that stood next to Minnowkit nodded furiously and bounded over to her Mother while Tawnyshadow picked up the remaining kit in her jaws and trotted over.

the tom hung his head at the mention of gingerpelt. he looked up and soon spotted the three kits across camp. he glanced at tansypaw as a weak cough escaped her, but she didn't seem to be hurt, so he looked back up at his leader. sparrowpaw glanced across at cometpaw and coconutpaw, who were sitting together, and he wondered if cometpaw would get his warrior name.

the she cat listened with her eyes closed, as she couldn't sit up to look around camp. she frowned as fallenstar broke the news that gingerpelt had not returned, but that three kits had come back instead. she heard their mews, and smiled faintly. a small cough escaped the fae's body, and a sharp but faint pain flashed in her chest before she was alright again. it's working.

"okay! after the meeting we could ensure that every cat gets one. they made such a big journey!" the she cat gasped before swiping up her catch and following the tom to the freshkill pile and setting down her prey and sitting beside him. excitement made her paws tingle and her thyme-green eyes were as bright as a thousand starclan warriors all in one place.

She looked at the kits, thinking the few days, when remembered that she was heared that last clan gatherings there was been a kit from Cloverclan, thought she didn't know the name "Well, Stormclan is not the only clan here, there is still Stoneclan and Cloverclan not too far from here....and I am not heared about lost kittens on our territory so your sister got either one of thoise two clans or then she is....."she stopped before continuing to say anything anymore.

After a moment, she shifted her head back. "And while we are on the horrible topic of death..." Fallenstar whispered to herself as her eyes glazed over. "Frostclaw had died from the sickness." She yowled, lifting her head up before instinctively looking down towards one of the lower branches where the white she-cat had usually sat. "She died about a quarter moon after you left, and I haven't picked my deputy since. But I do promise I shall announce my choice later when the moon is at its peak..." The black and white dappled leader looked up at the blue sky, seeing pale orange rim it, and knowing that sunset should come soon.

Foxfang's Amber eyes widened as he remembered Frostclaw's body set up for vigil after she had died, and how he had watched from the Medicine Cat den still sick, fearing either He or his mate would be next. The Tom curled his tail around Ryemouse's waist and pulled her close, whimpering softly.

She sat down behind Wolfkit and Minnowkit's parents, looking over the orange and white head of Foxfang as she listened to Fallenstar. With a pang of guilt, Tawnyshadow realized she hadn't even thought about Frostclaw when she had came back. Upon seeing Wolfkit's confused expression, and mouth open in an attempt to say something, she quickly covered the kittens mouth before setting Minnowkit down at her paws. "Hush Wolfkit... your parents may explain to you who Frostclaw is afterwards..."

Brambleheart's legs churned softly, as if she were running. The white Bengal she-cat whimpered quietly in her sleep, and her ear twitched.
Brambleheart spun around, hissing. "Get away from me!" The shadow clawed at her, and she curled instinctively around her swollen belly. The shadow slunk away, leaving Brambleheart exhausted and panting. Just as she started to calm down, something jumped on her back, clawing her fur.
Brambleheart jerked awake, eyes wide with fear. Slowly she took deep breaths, trying to calm herself down. The she-cat curled around her belly, whimpering softly. I'll never let anything happen to you, my dear kits! Brambleheart still felt the pain of the sickness, but it was slightly less than before, and the adrenaline and fear from her dream had pushed it to the back of her mind.

After a few moments, she shook out her pelt and forced a small smile. "But now, I believe it is time we look towards the brighter moments in life... Coconutpaw and Cometpaw..." Fallenstar swiveled her head towards them and smiled again, this time, without being forced. "You were both very brave on this journey, it could have been dangerous for the both of you, but you still went to help your clan." The black and white she-cat peered over at Foxfang and the Tom nodded his head, knowing where this was going. "While it is not in my power to make Coconutpaw an apprentice, there is still you Cometpaw. Please step forward, so you may receive your warrior name."

Foxfang's eyes softly narrowed as Fallenstar spoke, before widening as he finally got what she was trying to say. The ginger and white Tom smiled and nodded at her, almost as if to say he was fine with having his apprentice become a warrior before he turned to look at Cometpaw. With a small grin, he chuckled and turned back, looking up at his leader with shining eyes.

She frowned widely, and moved her tail from Wolfkit's mouth to Owlcall's back, smoothing his fur down relaxingly. "Don't worry..." She whispered, rubbing her cheek against his own. "There is nothing we could have done... we were lucky to get the cure back while we did..." She turned her head and peered back at the Medicine Cat den before making a mental note to herself that she needed to go check on Sunsetkit.
