greypaw stood solid in his position. lilypaw may have been trying to throw him off balance, however, greypaw had more weight -mainly muscle- and could use that easily to his advantage. he remained pinning her down, narrowing his eyes, "struggling, there, huh?" he asked, a challenging edge to his tone. he dared her to even try to escape.

She tilted her head.In the heap of battle use your head. She reminded herself and bit Greypaw's paw. Soft enough not to break skin. "Not really." She smirked.

[storm coming.]

greypaw knew she was just trying to stay confident so he didn't push it. he felt a little sympathy for her because he wasn't about to go easy on her... he decided that that was enough. quickly, greypaw loosened his grip and stood to his paws, shaking the debris out from his long pelt. "okay, that's enough. i'm going to give you a bit of tips, seeing as you couldn't really get out of that situation..." he trailed off, waiting patiently for her to rise to her paws.

"I'm too SMALL!" She moaned not standing up but curled herself into a ball. "I'll never grow!" She growled.

[storm coming.]

greypaw nodded, understanding where she was coming from. "you know what? i used to think just like you, lilypaw. but whenever i was offered some advice for my advantage, i seized the opportunity and listened." he meowed. "so, please, listen to what i have to say." he smiled.

[Vylad]

Silversun sighed. "Loner. No Brokenheart. Your name suits you." She spat. With that Silversun turned around and followed her kit's scent.

"Fine."She sighed half standing up. Lilypaw knew Greypaw was right but she half way didn't want to believe him.

greypaw gave a curt nod and walked slowly around lilypaw. "in the heap of battle, sometimes we must overcome a stronger or larger threat. how can we do this? by learning from our older and wiser clan-mates. my mentor once told me that if some cat is pinning you down and your legs are trapped underneath him or her, then you need to tickle them with your tail. i know, it's a ridiculous thought. but it works half of the time. if that doesn't work try and distract them or try and push up your hind legs." he instructed.
