Hello everyone!

I'm here to post about something that needs to be addressed, for both the Westrossa community, as well as that of CS; the rules, though the main focus here will be that set apart by Warg for the Westrossa Mustang adopts and any thread in connection. There have been multiple things that we, as mods, have been having to address and deal with and it has popped up in my head that the rules need to be explained as a reminder to everyone, staff included. I'll be outlining them one by one, some with more detail than others, so please read through this post and bear with me.

Westrossa Mustang Rules

Please follow all website rules, no ill behavior towards others, and no spam. We want to keep this a community friendly place
Pretty self explanatory here, but for anyone who does not understand; no harassment, spam, or rude/disrespectful behavior is tolerated of any kind. This is for both the whole of CS as well as the community. If you are found violating this rule, you will be subject to action via the mods of the community, of of CS as a whole if need be. If one mod makes a decision, you are to abide by it. If you feel it has been an unfair decision, do not go around within the community saying you're dealing with someone who is clearly unbiased or simply does not like you; this includes any and all threads pertaining to Westrossa Mustangs and PMs. This is considered disrespectful and action will be taken. We as a team speak with each other regarding the severity of any issue that arises and deal with it accordingly; we do not take sides, we do not take brides, and we certainly do not give out punishment to anyone because we have a dislike for someone.

No art/design theft will be tolerated, the first offense will result in a warning, and the second in banning. Please bring up any issues with me.
This rule is the pretty much the same with CS; if you are found to have stolen any artwork you will be reported immediately.

Please don't ask for customs, they will be sold by select artists, offered in streams, or be offered in custom adoptions
This rule is clear. If they are not opened by the individual artist, they are not open. If you missed a post from an artist saying they had them open and are now closed, they are closed. This does not mean you can just waltz into the PMs and send a message with a custom order, nor does it mean you have the right to guilt trip any of our artists because they closed their slots before you could apply. Just as with our last PSA, guilt tripping our artists is rude and prohibited; more chances will arise and you can apply for those that do.

Regular adopters may only receive a maximum of 2 customs a month, it resets on the first of each month. All staff are allowed 3 customs a month
Easy to understand here; we keep track of this pretty accurately. This does not include paid/theme customs.

Theme customs don't count towards your total custom count for the month
Theme customs are customs that are won within an individual artists theme; for example, Sil is getting her lovely theme running and if she offers a custom as a winning prize it will not count against your maximum custom count. The same goes for Paid Customs.

You may have as many mustangs as you desire, please don't complain about the amount others may have though
Person A has won over seven mustangs in the last week; so what? They're interested, they love the characters they are creating for the mustang. This was also addressed in the past PSA, and complaints against someone for working hard to win an adopt are not tolerated. Just keep trying, don't feel put out because someone won a mustang you really had your eye on.

You may trade westrossas and gift them, but you must message me first, with proof of the other users consent. Even then if I deem the trade unfair I will stop it.
This is to keep things fair for everyone in the community; we don't want someone trading four breeding slots for an adopt that only has one or two breeding slots remaining. If you are found to have created false documentation you will be reprimanded to the fullest degree, as well as reported to CS staff.

Mares have 6 breeding slots, and stallions have 10. Before breeding please have some sort of way to document slots and permissions. More information will be given on the breeding thread
Just keep track of all used and available slots/permission you have. Most of us have created a sort of 'stable' page for our mustangs, here or offsite or even both! Sites like Weebly are great for creating a simple yet easy to navigate site for your mustangs, or any other adopt you might be involved in.

Don't message the artists asking about breedings or customs, instead if it has been quite some time, you can message a moderator and they will contact the artist. we do this to avoid drama or upset artists. we all have social lives and can't always do things on time, no worries
If you've been waiting for over a week, it's usually okay to message someone from the staff team about it; messaging the artists yourself, even if they are part of staff, is not allowed. If they do happen to be part of the mods, go ahead and ask another moderator to look into it for you. Please remember we are all busy! I, personally, am a single mother of a two year old and work full time, meaning I don't always have time to jump on an check my messages here. That goes for everyone of the artists and staff; we have lives, just as you do. Respect that.

If you get banned, i have the right to re-adopt your horses as i see fit
If you are banned, please note that all staff members and artists will be informed of this and any entries will be ignored; any adopts you have won will be rehomed/readopted. If you keep posting even after a ban has occurred a member of the CS mod team will be alerted and further action will be taken. But let's just follow the rules and keep anyone from being banned, alright guys?

You are not allowed to trade currency on other websites for mustangs or slots or anything to do with mustangs, Artists when offering paid customs may do this, and that is the only exception.
You are not allowed to trade a breeding slot for dA points, for example; you cannot trade an adopt for points or anything other than CS pets/CS$ and only as approved by Warg. Artists are only able to accept payment offsite for customs if they offer this to begin with.

Please stay on topic on this thread and the fanclub, I'd like to avoid spam if at all possible.
This means no advertising other adopts, no advertising offsite, and no advertising of sales not related to Westrossa Mustangs. You are free to post you are trading breeding slots, you are looking to give away/trade mustangs, and anything else related to our community.

All rules are subject to change as the need arises; an announcement will be made so you all know to reread the rules if Warg makes a change to them.

I completely forgot to post this here but not only is there a trio of saddled mustangs arriving(hopefully) as soon as I can get them done and all purdied up! Until then posting on the cover page is fine ^_^

As well as I am doing breedings, they be open. (Just not on my thread(gotta update that still) the foal will have a surprise gene added that they don't yet have a chance for(shiny might show up instead as well)

Requirements for the breedings. Quotes if you're breeding someone else's horse. Adoption page as well as stable page. I need both. Title your message to me as 'westrossa mustang breeding' or it'll end up in the wrong messages. I think that's it. Gotta get back to work..

And breedings may get done a bit slowly cause I am working a 6 to 5 work week next week but.. Other than that, I will still work on them
