"Fine." he mewed with his lip curled. The ginger tom slowly stepped of the cold smooth surface that was known as the 'thunderpath'. A roaring monster flew by, followed by a harsh wind, sending his fur in all sorts of directions, yet he didn't care. With narrowed eyes he turned towards Russetshade. "Why do you care what I do so much anyways?" he asked with a sneer. "What are you hoping to become leader one day, I see you're already practicing bossing others around."

He stood a few tail lengths away from Russetshade, yet he felt like they were still far apart. He didn't want to talk about his problems, and Russetshade kept pushing him to tell him what was wrong. Closing his eyes slightly he imagined himself somewhere else.. away from Clan problems. Don't let him get to you. he thought with a small shake of his head.

Thunderstrike's amber eyes glowed with uncertainty... and sadness. He needed time to heal and be alone... but every day he had to face the Clan and their questioning. Thunderstrike had dealt with it enough times to know it was better to be cautious than to trust every cat, including his clanmates. "You are just like every cat I meant... you always think I'm lying." Thunderstike mewed in a surprising calmly tone.
