Um,what's with the head? The rest looks amazing
look at those huge amazing fantasticly beautiful wings er but the head looks out of place like it was just dumped on the pups body?
I'm in complete agreement
I really love the wings, the adorable tail, the markings, and the colours (especially the markings on the feather tips)
but the head doesn't look quite right on the body. The design is very interesting, but the anatomy on the cow's face (and the size of the head/neck) seem a bit off and over-large. One thing that stands out to me in particular is the eye; it's positioned a bit too high and further in than an actual cow's. As a prey animal, cows have eyes more on the sides of their head, so with the angle that the head is facing the eye would look much more cow-like if it wasn't a full circle. The ears are also very cute, but should be higher than the eye for a cow
I'm wondering-- was the Jersey Devil the inspiration behind this pet?

i think this cute 'lil guy is siberian's. you can see a mountain near his chest, and he has wings, hence the "strong enough to shake the earth[mountains], gentle enough to catch the breeze[wings]". The "strong enough to shake the earth" part could also be referring to the cow theme, because when cattle stampede, they shake the earth.
so, yeah, that's what i think ^u^

I don't really like the tiger........
I... don't understand why so many people seem to dislike it? Personally I love it, think it has the perfect amount of detail, lovelovelove the eyes' shape and color (the contrast actually works really well I think, also nice to have a very cool color with all the reds and oranges) and the expression and chest fluff and tail ^u^ I don't see any reason to dislike it...

Oooo, interesting theory! It could be - we'd theorized before that the "gentle enough" could be wings....

Yeahhh, I can see what you mean (and yes those wings are gorgeous) but I think it was themed after a Hindu goddess and to me it fits with the rather frightening Hindu deities. I would prefer it with a dog head, but that's just me not liking unsettling things.

Also wow this is def one of my favorites of the litter. I LOVE the colours (especially the eye colour), and the edits fit with the body extremely well. I also really like how subtle but effective the markings are, particularly on the face.
