Rosepaw just let Flameleap deal with Redkit's attitude for once. Instead of getting involved, she began to groom Applekit to clean any wounds he might have gotten from the older kit and make sure they weren't too bad where she would have to take him to Speckleflame.

Bumblestep wobbled his way on over to the fresh-kill pile after Sunspot, taking his time to be careful. "Okay. Thats fine." He responded onto he got closer, "If you take off all the feathers." He liked the taste of bird but it was difficult for him to remove all the feathers before eating one. He quite obviously had poor hand-eye coordination, so to say, and aiming at precise things even with just his mouth took so long he usually just settled for a more furry prey animal.

"I..." Cloudgaze was at a loss for words for a moment. She was used to everyone above kit age being aware that she was blind and assumed Quailpaw knew as well because of his offer to guide her. "I don't know. I've never seen her. White and...Brown? My kits are usually only described to me right after they are born it is difficult to remember." She hated being unable to see her kits and now to admit that she didn't know for certain what her own daughter actually looked like made her feel a bit sad to say the least.

Lightheart eventually slowed and started to sniff around. They were at what he determined to be the border (there was never any mention of actually setting up borders so idk if there actually are any). After a while, only he decided that it didn't seem like it had been disturbed, he marked the border and then quickly moved on. Lightheart wasn't especially talkative and didn't feel the need to just chat away while patrolling unless Leapingfire decided to start up a conversation himself.

She suddenly bounced up again. "Are yoiu nice?" she asked Beesplotch

"Actually," she said, " I'm feeling sort of dizzy." She toppled to the ground.

She returned to the camp place with her prey. he dropped it into the pile and went to sit by herself. Like always.

He nodded happily and grabbed the blackbird. "Of 'ourse," he said through the bird. "I'd be happeh 'oo." Sunspot began padding to the base of a nearby tree where the two could eat.

Flameleap
"Applekit is right. Attacking other kits is not behaving. While you may be kits and thus not fully mature, I will not have any of you attacking one another or even another cat so long as it's not justified," he said, his tail still smarting. He hadn't even realized his tail was close enough for Redkit to even bite in the first place.

Quailpaw
"That works. Thanks for telling me. Now to find a brown and white she-cat..." he looked around where most of the clan was gathered and tried to spot her through the mass. "Uh... I don't suppose you happen to know the last place she was?" Oh, he really needed to stop being so forgetful. But after the amnesia, he had trouble remembering lots of things. Most of them were trivial things but occasionally they would be important.

Leapingfire
He checked the border and marked it as he did. It didn't seem much had entered their forest but there was always a possibility. "Have you scented anything odd?" he asked Lightheart. "I haven't, but then again, my nose has been a bit stuffy the last few sunrises. Thankfully my cold is clearing up and I'll be able to scent correctly again."

"But they evil!" Redkit argued. "That mean it right."

"Evil isn't hitting someone once, of calling them something mean. Evil is manipulating cats and murderering innocents." Applekit said.
