Well! I'll make a lil guide for yah through pictures:)!
Step 1:
Scroll over to, "Art." Then you click on, "Oekaki Boards"
Step 2:
Scroll down until you see all the Oekaki Boards & I would suggest drawing in beginners at first until you get used to the CS paint tool:)
Step 3:
Once you've clicked on a board around the top of the page you will see on your left hand side a little tab that says, "New Drawing." Click that then voila! You're on the oekaki drawing tool!
