Whispernight could feel the cold, disgusted stares of other felines and she laid her ear back. Ever since her accident when she lost the left half of her face, cats have treated her differently. She looked around camp and sighed. She had one true friend here whom was her past mentor, Adder. She never used his full name. Sadly though, he died after falling from a tall tree and into a river. She shook the memory from her head and trotted out of camp but still in view of the camp. She looked around to see if she could spot her old friend Bearstrike. She hadn't seen him much since her accident. Not seeing him she sighed and sat down, curling her tail around her paws, hatred flowing through her veins as a chilly breeze blew against her missing half of her face.

history ; His father died before he was born.His mother, Doveclaw was a beautiful she-cat. One leaf-fall night, there was a fox that had been scented nearby camp. Her mother was chosen to go on patrol because she was old enough to be left alone in the nursery, and all the warriors were needed. There was only one fox. A small, frail one. Doveclaw, being the kind hearted she-cat that she is, tried to convince the rest of the patrol they should just chase it off. But they didnt listen. Blackheart, a good natured newly made warrior had been acting cocky and decided to go fight the fox by himself, while the rest of them stood watching. The fox may have been small and frail, but it could still fight. IT had Blackheart pinned when Doveclaw sprung under it's claws, pushing the arrogant tom away. That was when she lost her life to a cat who wouldn't even make it to see the next snow-fall. His mother's death didn't affect him as much as it did to Eveningsong. Of course, he still misses her everyday.
