Oh my goodness, a dragon! And what a surprise from that simple mid-stage ^u^ I love it! I like how the shading is smooth and simple compared to the usual spikiness when you have a dragon, and of course the gradient is really pretty; I always love gradients

I'm set on this one being Verdana's. The coloring is very random, one of her hints being that the colors would be everywhere basically. Plus she hasn't denied this one and it seems to match up to the hints I've seen of hers and the items. I may be wrong but I have a strong feeling that this one is Verdana's. No clue how to call her out on it but this is just my opinion. <3

i found the '15 google sheets and you can find the list of names at the bottom but i don't think they used the same method for the previous years prior to '15 c:

Yes the naughty dragon dog is mine <3
For the items, the candle is because my dog doesn't need matches to light that.
The fishbowl is full of water - my dog is a hothead and needs to cool off!
The bandages are for the scars my dog got during a fight. My dog was very naughty and picking fights with everyone so it's no surprise someone fought back.

The markings on the back represent scales. This palette was difficult to work with because I hate orange and while I like green, the particular shade from this palette seemed to clash with some of the other colours so I wasn't sure how to use it effectively. I was playing with the red shades but couldn't think of any good edits to make, so I ended up going for a fire theme which translated into a dragon. When the dog was finished there was quite a feeling of impish devil too, and the pebble toes remind me of a satyr.

It was nice to see so many people guessing my dog even as a puppy - those pebbly toes are real tip offs but I always like them so it's hard to resist ^^;

Yay! Thank you so much, I've been naming my pets their 'real' names. Now I can go back in my trade group and rename my old staffers!

I'm really interested in this staff litter >> my first on matter of fact.
Pretty cool color combos.
What I've read so far it seems that we need to take hints with pure caution and 'not over look things' for the most part. (Silently prays for a dragon.)

My prayer for something that looks like a dragon has come true
