This happens to me when PayPal has accumulated too many cookies (they show a generic error message once the amount of cookies is too large).

Try logging on to CS using an "incognito" or "private browsing" window and top up there. Incognito windows don't use any of your old cookies. If that works, clearing your browser cookies (or deleting just PayPal.com cookies if your browser lets you) will fix the problem in the future.

My sister (Løwkey) gave me like 25 pets because she is quitting, she wants to base her life on other stuff because she has more to discover, she is young. But i didnt want to but she wanted me to accept it... What do i do?
