Trixie glared slightly at her brother,"Really? No." She said sarcastically.

Scout rolled his eyes at her. "Fine be stubborn." He smiled with slight sarcasm. "At least he's gone now. Anyways if anything happens at the dance just come get me I won't be far away,"

"I'm not stubborn." Trixie said sitting up before smiling,"Alright. Thanks." She told him.

Scout nodded then got up and walked back over to Zack.

Dusty started to nod off as lunch went on. Being on the pain medicine he had lately was making him very tired, but it was good since it helped him go to sleep at night better.

It took her a few minutes, but soon Roxanna found Dusty on the bench. She froze for a second, staring at him before she took a deep breath and walked over to the other side of the bench he was sitting,"Dusty?" She asked.

Dusty turned away as Roxanna said something to him. He didn't want to talk to her about what happened. He didn't want to be lectured.

Roxanna bit her bottom lip when he turned away,"I'll be quick about this." She started softly,"I can't take this silence between us anymore! I can't keep lying to myself anymore! My heart was broken once and you mended it..... Please don't brake my heart again by keeping this silence up..... I can't lose you, Dusty, I can't lose my only friend..... My feelings for you are true..... I-I forgive you for what you did and I......" She paused as she tried to get control of her tears and her cracking voice,"I-I..... I love you." Roxanna told him, tears slidding down her cheeks.

(This is probably the most bravest thing Roxanna's ever done..... and it's so sweet that I was crying a little as I typed it out.)

Dusty listened still turned away. Yes he loved her too and he was glad she forgave him. He took a death breath. Then turned to face her his face mutual. Then a small smiled appeared. "I love you too." He hugged her.

Roxanna smiled as a little tear slipped out of her eye when he hugged her. She hugged him back, careful of his wound before burying her face in his shoulder as she sniffed a little.

Dusty silently responded. "I'm sorry I made you feel uncomfortable that day."
