Okay, offering an opinion.
Out of what you show here, the Peach trade seems the best.
It has high quantity and quality.
Right now there is talk on the Rare's List Guide that the peach is being seen between a UR Malk level (not demand wise) and a Flowerpot level. But this is speculation and data, not official yet so it's no telling where it will be.
Though there are other list in this trade, and a LOT of rare quantity.

but overall, all the trades are overpay.

This trade features an advent list bunny on your side as well as multiple other store pets and rares. I'd say it's unfair to you, and to fix that you might want to take away the list pet and add another rare or something small.

The 2009 rares are overpay and factors in demand.
