Snowblossom looked at the brown tabby gently, and then looked at jaggedfang confused. She sighed as she slowly backed away to avoid being spotted by the loner yet she wanted to keep an eye on him. She positioned her tail in a relaxed position carefully. "Hey jaggedfang, can i handle him?" She asked gently hoping the rest of the patrol would leave.

Brambleheart sighed heavily. "I must go talk to Cherrystar then." She turned around slowly and padded off, gesturing for the others to follow, trying not to show her anger. Once she reached Cherrystar she dipped her head respectfully. "Sorry to interrupt again, Cherrystar. I've spent a while looking for Troutpaw and none of us can seem to find her. Is there any way that you could swap Troutpaw for someone else right now? Me and Larkwing have looked but she can't be found."

Jaggedfang gave Snowblossom another uncertain look before nodding, signalling to Blackwhisker and Blizzardpelt with his tail to follow him. The chocolate brown tom retreated away from Snowblossom and the strange tom, giving them some distance so the tom wouldn't know they were still there, but close enough that he could help Snowblossom if she needed it.

As Brambleheart padded over to her, the she-cat glanced over at Falconleap. "Why don't you take Falconleap? He had just asked me if there was anything he could do!" the tabby said with a soft smile, her ear twitching as she stood up. "Or even Deerspark if you'd like. Speaking of Deerspark, have you seen him this morning? He just... disappeared from the den, as I saw him walk out but then he just went out without explanation."

The tom took note of Jaggedfang's gesture and followed him, a slightly confused look on his face. "Have you seen that tom before? I think I've scented him once or twice but never actually seen him." he said softly, cocking his head a little bit as he turned his gaze towards the river again, watching as the silver flickers of the local fish flashed in the morning sunlight. Taking this as an opportunity, the tom sat down and curled his tail over his back paws, making sure his shadow wasn't casted across the water, listing his paw up in a poised position.

She sat in a poised position in front of him, with her tail curled over her paws, her blue eyes looking at him with curiosity. The brown tabby resisted the urge to shrink back and begin heading back to his cave, but sat up a littlest bit straighter and gently rested his tail over the grave of his departed lover. "W-What do ye want?" he asked quietly.

Emberfall looked at the two others and then to Cherrystar. "I caught a glimpse of Deerspark disappearing but that's about it. I assumed maybe he was maybe catching up with a patrol." He shrugged and then actually forced a smile. "I'm sure that Deerspark will be fine." Inside he thought that was rubbish. He was probably meeting with some strange cat or something or running off as a lot of cats seem to do that but he kept it to himself.
