You need to be less harsh on yourself. It's causing us both quite a bit of trouble.

It's okay to be wrong, and it's okay to feel overwhelmed. You are not less for making a mistake or for being mislead by your own train of thought. You are you. You aren't weak. It's not selfish or grandiose to think you have the heart of a dragon. You're tougher than you give yourself credit for. You don't have to take my word for it. Take the word of others if you don't trust me, it's alright. You have reassurance. You have support, people who don't scrutinize yourself the way you do. You just need to stop spitting the support out because you feel guilty for accepting it. I don't mean to give you grief, I know you're anxious and I know you're trying hard not to burst right now, but you're scared to break people's hearts with what you're experiencing yet you're risking breaking their hearts by not giving much room for them to help you tend to it.

I know no one can technically fix you, I know you're not expecting a magical cure. I just want to make it clear to you that there's treatment out there, and you've got help and support coming at you from the people you value most that you need to accept. Isn't this exactly what you have said to your closest friends? Remember when you especially gave one of them grief? I don't want to accuse you of hypocrisy, I just want to warn you away from it. I know you better than you think I do and I care about you more than you think I do. Both of us know that it's going to be fine. If you need to open those flood gates to get by, do it.

If nothing else, the right to emote and improve is your birthright.
