Try to think of them as a whole, and think more abstractly. One, lupus female, came close, under the string of two hundred and a half.

Okay... maybe it's all jobs? (I have no idea what it means in red writing ;o; I just googled it and lupus is an illness?)

Maybe its a personal connection because Berk doesn't/didn't know what they wanted to be after graduating. So maybe the blanket was kind of a safety blanket in a way, still being in school. When the blanket was removed they had to decide what to do?
