For the second one, going by the C$ worth thread, unfair to you,
as an '11 store pet is worth around 40-45, and a '12 store pet is worth around 35-40.

For the first one it looks around fair, the store pet is worth around an early '09 rare and the uc wouldn't make such a big difference. However demand wise the gryphon store pets are quite popular and people tend to overpay for older store pets , they generally fetch up to two 09 rares each or more depending on how you value it. I think you'd be able to get a better offer for it if your able to wait.
