Well, your pet is a tier 5 advent list pet while the pets on the other side are all non-list. If you're willing to trade off the list then I would suppose this is fair. I'm not good with off list trades so get another opinion.

I would say it's unfair to the flower side because the list pet you offered along with the other pets doesn't equal demand nor rarity of the flower pot. The flower pot is 3 tiers above the gap while the winged wood dog is 13 tiers below the gap. The other rares are nice but still unfair to the flower side. I do see it was a successful trade so my opinion doesn't matter now.

Are these fair?

1st trade: no, 2011 commons are worth roughly 2C$ each, and 2013 commons are worth roughly 1C$ each. All those pets are worth about 8C$.
2nd trade: Personally, I would say no as well. The flop eared pink dog is a tier 7 september list and is worth quite a bit with demand, but the advent as well as the store cat set, and PPS aussie (non list btw) and all the other pets, I would say is overpay. Not a lot, but a bit. That's my opinion though.

The cocoon is a tier 5 advent list, meaning it's worth 6-7 09 rares. I would say it's kind of unfair for you and I also wouldn't advise trading off the list as it's difficult to get back on :3
It's all your choice though, if you like the offer, then take it!
