Good, and bad news.

To start, it seems that the offender has made arrangements and have been using them offsite. Luckily, I have an account on that site as well, and after a little back and forth I've never been happier that I chose to take computer science <3 the site admins have taken care of it. Unfortunately, those images are still on the offenders' computer, and only the sweet mother of the 12th Dalai Lama knows what they're going to do with those now.

Despite everything that I've said about offsite things, I don't believe that the offense made was 100% malicious so we won't be closing permanently just yet, but just in case I'll keep my eye on their activity for a little longer.

I would like to assert that I put the items, with individual images and no watermark, trusting that you would not download them, even though I knew it was especially easy on a spreadsheet.
While I still trust that you all wouldn't do that, I'm now forced to tighten my grip because of the people who are not ashamed of doing so, and might in the future. We'll be closed for a little longer until I implement these changes, and also to make sure that the offender isn't using them online again.

I apologize for presenting you with a huge pile of inconveniences, but there's not much else I can do :c

- All the images have been deleted; watermarks are going up. I will try to obstruct viewing as little as possible :T

- All images on the spreadsheet will be replaced, and smaller items will now be grouped together, as per the poll. The bonsai will remain on a different page.

- If you had access to the Photobucket folder with images, the passwords have changed. I will no longer give access to the Photobucket pages :c

- If another offense is made, I will replace the spreadsheet completely.

Several of you have commented on having "list editor" as a staff role, but I'm extremely hesitant with editing rights-- especially not after this, sorry :c

Additionally, I've found a website that we could use for suggestions. It allows you to vote, add suggestions/comments, and supports images. It's a little slow, but it could work.

I'm sad that it has come to all these things and that people violated your trust... I for one wouldn't need to get my pets back, I chose to give them to you after all.

I hope everything works out though and that you don't run into loads of unexpected problems. We're all here to support you! ^_^

While I'm at it, I'll try to make a "test" area of the spreadsheet where you can just drag images around to try out an arrangement. I think that'll solve our size problems ^^

I think that's a great idea! that way, we can see how it would look and hopefully give you detalied (but not complicated) directions

I gave those C$ in good faith, and I believe in this adopt, so no need to refund anything to me (I'm patiently waiting to order my gorgeous little axolotl tank *squee* but I can wait until you're ready)

I have absolutely no issue at all with watermarks, if that's what is needed to stop people stealing your art, you just go right ahead and do whatever you need to!

I'm glad the site mods were helpful, but it does sadden me that some just don't respect a person's art and steal it for their own personal gain

also watermarks are awesome. i watermark all of my stuff and i've gotten around it getting in the way of my art!

well done for containing the situation, tubs! you've managed everything very well, kept us informed about all that's happened, and i agree with all the decisions you've made. i hope the offender feels bad enough about what they've done to not use your images any more.

progress update so that I don't leave you hanging !!
I've finished adding watermarks to all the images and combining colours (and also adding new colours!!).
This has also given me an opportunity to update the colouring of a couple of items, such as the roses:

Some have not been touched, but you'll see that the colours are less "tubs was lazy and used a single colour layer and left it at that".you'll also notice that the watermark is a little pixel george uvu

I've uploaded and replaced the items from a-e + the compilations such as above; but since it's a little hard to explain were I am in terms of finishing the actual spreadhseet, here's a progress bar sorta thing.
