Description; Andrew is quite tall, standing a 6'5" (He really likes the fact that he's taller than Cap). He's very agile and lean, which makes hi quick, but he's not at all muscular. He was constantly teased as a child for not having fat or muscle. Just skin and bones.Speaking of skin, Andrew's in extremely pale with a bit of a olive tint, which means he always, ALWAYS, burns in the sun.
Andrews's hair is dark brown, medium but and always shaped with what he calls a "swoosh'. He also has very soft features, excepting his jawline, which is somewhat sharp. His face is somewhat symetrical and nicely proportioned as well. Finaly, his eyes. They are odd as they change color with his mood. The colors he's caught them in so far are brown, green, blue, grey and hazy yellow.He's not really sure which color goes with which mood but it often freaks others out.

Powers; Time manipulation - able to completely stop time for 3 seconds. It isn't the most powerful skill, but still quite useful. He, however, can use it in quick succession, usually only able to use it every two hours or so. (yes he knows it's rainbow colored. Be ok.)
Combat style; Run and hide. Is that an option? No? Ok then I suppose knife fighting and a small amount of Krav Maga he took in high school.
Personality; Firstly, Andrew's very quiet and empathetic. He's quite a introvert and can be quite shy with new people (especially women). He likes to keep to himself or his close friends and doesn't make new friends at all really. He's also very sensitive to other's feelings and needs, be it emotional or physical so he's often found reacting the same as others around him react. However, Andrew himself has some troubles showing his own emotions.
Secondly, Andrew is smart and sarcastic. He's not a spur of the moment type of person. He likes to think and plan things out before dong them, but he's not exactly cautious. He's also very witty and sarcastic. He loves to find people who are just as sarcastic and start playful banter contests.
Lastly, Andrew's most always a bit pesimistic and awkward. He's got a gift for looking on the dark side of everything and often just blurts it out, ruining the moment most times. This also makes him very socially awkward and hard to talk to. He often fixates on things, and misses social cues most times.
History; Andrew is the middle child of five siblings and was always 'the smart one' growing up. He'd constantly fix his other sibling's problems and never really focused on his own. His parents were both fairly decent people and both worked several jobs. The reason was that the family had an immense debt to a group of less-than-good people who Andrew never really heard the name of. (Hydra)
One night, three huge men showed up at the front door and began to argue with their father. They threatened the Hartford family and finally, Andrew's dad, who's name was Jack, snapped. He punished one square in the nose. Suddenly, one of the men pulled a gun on their father. However, before he could kill Jack, Andrew discovered his powers. For about one second, he was in shock, seeing the bullet in mid air. Quickly, the young boy moved the bullet to face the man and watched, as time resumed, the man get shot by his own gun.
After that, Andrew became a bit distant. He'd indirectly killed someone and now his family had a new problem. The remaining men told their 'boss' and Jack knew they would soon come. So, the family moved across the country. No explanation to the children and no warning. From then on, they moved every year and Andrew knew, he knew, it was his fault. But that wasn't the end of the Hartford family's trouble. Oh no, not by a long shot.
After leaving their second home, they moved to Manhatten. And guess what happened while they were there? Yup. Chitauri. In the crossfire, Andrew's sister Jane was killed by Loki so now Andrew has a grudge. Then they moved to Sokovia; all the way in Europe where they thought they'd be safe and not have to move any more. Their timing really sucked. They were on the giant piece of land that was pulled off the earth. That's when most of Andrew's family died. His parents were killed by a collapsed building and his two brothers, Nathaniel and Spencer, were killed on accident by a Thor lighting bolt. At this time, two thing happened. 1. Andrew became ridiculously protective of his last family member, Alice. He rarely left her side. and 2. He decided that maybe, just maybe, the Avengers weren't doing their jobs quite right. They were, after all, somewhat responsible for most of his family's death. Then guess what happened? An Avenger shows up at his front door.
Andrew had gone off to college. His sister lived very nearby so he visited her as often as possible, but he tried to give her some space. All was good. Then, Captain America shows up and his two college friends decide to take him in to their care. Lovely. He keeps his personal feelings quiet however, for the good of his friends, who quite like the Captain.
