Emberkit

The small kit was in the den, looking out at all the snow. "You can do it, Emberkit. You just gotta believe." He took a few steps back, not paying attention to any of the moss beds behind him. He then lunged forward, diving into the snow. It stung against his warm paws, but he didn't mind it. Instead, the black kit started to attempt to tunnel into the snow. "I can be a mole!" He squeaked, laughing all the while. He attempted to make a small hole in the snow, making his paws feel like they were burning from the cold.

Tom

The orange tom almost jumped when he heard the loud kit outside the nursery. The cats here are crazy! He had noticed how the leader of the clan had been kinda going a little crazy over the time. He thought back to how... normal he was when he had first came. Now, he was scared to talk to the older tom. Why am I still in the clan...? He questioned himself, glancing around. The young tom hadn't really made many friends, but he did have Cootrunner to hang around. (*WINK, WINK*) At least she is sane enough...

Leopardheart began walking to camp with Bluepaw, he put his kill In the pile before telling the apprentice if she needed anything to come to him.

"He was just here.." The tom shook his head again. "Maybe it's a sign from Starclan.." He muttered, his tail twitching irritably. Puddlestar turned his greenish blue eyes back to Vipereye. "Good catch," he mewed, turning and padding away. His mind raced with thoughts. What if Starclan was trying to show me that he wasn't dead? What if he's coming back? What if...?

Cootrunner padded over to Tom, smiling. "Hey, glad to see you finally woke up!" she teased. Her eyes centered on the snow beneath them. "Wow, it really snowed a lot overnight." The black shecat purred, batting at the cool particles that caked the ground.

The shecat huffed quietly to herself. The wound on her face and flank stung, and the scent of fresh snow was so alluring. Glancing around, she slid out of the medicine den, relishing the feel of cool ice particles against her pads. Pinepaw dipped her head towards the snow, allowing it to cool her wounds. It felt nice. With a small whompf! the tuxedo tabby flopped onto her side in the snow. She blinked open her eyes at a scuffling sound nearby, heralding the shrieks of Emberkit. She grinned, pulling herself up and trotting to the kit. "Hey," Pinepaw mewed cheekily. "Warriors like to hunt moles!" She grinned, gesturing towards Tom and Cootrunner.

Emberkit

Emberkit looked up at Pinepaw, a mischievous grin on his face. "Hrm... Let's play a game! You be the warrior, and you have to hunt me!" He purposed, flicking his ears up excitedly and his tail high. He couldn't feel his paws very well from the cold, but physical wellness could wait. Games couldn't.

Tom

The apprentice grinned, her tail flicking. It would do her some good to do something besides hang around in the empty, dusty med den all day, where the herbs tickled her nose. "Ok!" She nodded, some of her signature cheer returning. "Rah!" The brown tabby tuxedo starts at the kit, pausing two mouselengths from him.


Cerise

Cerise wound her tail behind her, strutting across the fallen tree that she named her home. Lowering her muzzle, she inspects a few beetles crawling up the side absentmindedly. Lifting a claw, the shecat spears one, raising it to her muzzle and lapping it up. She smirks smugly. "Would never have let me do that, eh, Mother?" Cerise mews to no one in particular, satisfaction apparent in her voice.

Emberkit

"Let the game begin!" Emberkit took a deep breath, getting in character. He smashed his face into the snow, tunneling under until he was completely under the snow. He shifted through, hiding from the "Big-bad warrior". "Grrrrr! I'm a mole!" He hissed from under the snow.

Tom

Tom jumped, staring at Cootrunner for a moment. Speak of the devil! "Yeah... You want to hunt?" He questioned, attempting to learn as much as he could in hunting. Cootrunner was better at hunting than him. Whenever he went hunting with anyone, he would watch intently as they did before he hunted.

Leopardheart looked around before he sighed, he stood and hopped onto a rock and laid down on it. He flicked his tail and yawned, he wasn't tired, he just wanted to do something.

Vipereye frowned as Puddlestar wandered off, moving a few feet away from the pile of prey to sit down, tail curlled around his paws. That entire exchange had been... concerning.

Cricketpaw ran ahead of Embersky, her tail sticking straight up as she did so. Her black and white pelt still had the downy look that most kits had. "Where are we going to train?!" Cricketpaw called back, trying to remember the training place was on their territory.


Soaringbird looked at Rustpaw's catch, a little disappointed that the sparrow was scrawny. She leaned down and picked up her snow hare, flicking some snow from her pelt before following Vixenpaw.


Flamingpaw hoped up from where she was sitting outside of the apprentices den, bounding through the snow as best as she could until she was next to Cootrunner and Tom. "Are we going to go out?!" The ginger-tailed apprentice squeaked, snow clumping in her long fur.

"Great job, Bluepaw!" He smiled brightly, "Do you want to head back and drop off our kills and possibility get a training session started?"

The shecat bounded over and nodded at Leopardheart. "Yeah, sure!" she mewed, her boice scratchy. She breathed a bit haed, but otherwise, she was fine.
