What if an artist gave you your siggy and accepted payment

Then you realize that they have done something to it you don't like
If you wanted an opinion in your siggy, but they did something in it to go against the wanted opinion what can I do?

Uh I have a question..

My friend ordered from an art shop on this site and is seems that the thread no longer exists, she's already paid and the person has accepted... She's messaged them and they haven't answered but they were online. Now that they're off she has no clue what to do.

What does she do?
