So I'm still not finished Season 2 (kind of scared what's gonna happen and also having trouble finding the episodes on internet), but I'm over halfway and I still don't know who Rose is! But Lilly keeps talking about her! I wanna know!!!

Welcome to the club! Isn't Kuro one of Kitti's little brothers, or am I mixed up? Which one is he? And Naoki is suddenly popular!

I'm a little confused: how far are you in the anime? You seem to say you haven't seen season 2 yet, and yet Kuro (who if I'm right only appears briefly in season 1 and is more important in season 2) and Shiro (who is only in season 2, right?) are among your favorite characters… Have you been taking a peak at later episodes?

I also love Kitti x Chance (or KitCha, or Chittance, or Angry Birds: whatever you wanna call them ^^). Is there anyone who doesn't ship them? I have to confess that for a while, I shipped Kitti x Washa, but that was at the beginning of Season 1 when Chance was still seen as a villain. Then after Chance became a good guy, I shipped both for a while, but I soon had a strong preference for Kitti x Chance.

I happened to notice Kuro's black hair with Shiro's white hair. I think, they're actually twins... That's what the speculation is... But it's unknown. I think I missed the episode that said Kuro was Kitti's brother. Maybe Kuro and Shiro are just friends?

OH, I know who you mean now! Those two younger boys who hang around Mumei Academy and play together! You're right: they are side characters in Season 1. And now that I know who Kuro is, I know he can't be one of Kitti's many siblings, because Kitti lives far away and she's the only one of her siblings who attends Mumei. But Shiro is Yuzuki's little brother: I wondered that in Season 1 already, since they both have white hair, and Yuzuki interacts with him as if they know each other, but in episode 5 of Season 2 it is confirmed when Shiro snuck onto the bus and Yuzuki calls him her little brother.

I'll see if I can get hold of episode 4 for you. At the moment, I don't quite remember what happens.

Ep. 4's main plot isn't actually the shoelace thing, unlike the list. I think it's just listed as such because they occasionally make callbacks to that part, and since it's a somewhat boring filler episode, nobody ever remembers much else about it.

Basically, Naoki complains to Mr Maki about Jean not following the school dress code (while wearing for possibly the first time in his life a reasonable/semi-professional outfit, of course), which leads to shenanigans and her finally tying her shoelaces.

Well, just watched season 2.

It's not really anywhere near as good as season 1, but still pretty decent, though I dunno what they were trying to do with the tone. They seem to have tried to leave the silly tone behind some with Lilly, but then they also tried to add more silliness with Sachiko? I definitely agree that Sachiko's personality wasn't great. Sure, she did have a purpose for existing by the end, but they could've given her a much more interesting personality.

I do like most the new characters though. Kitti's siblings are fun, I hope we get a lot more episodes with them! Kuro and Shiro are pretty good too. Rocco doesn't seem like the most original character, but he's alright. Dara's definitely nice, most of the female characters in ImA are pretty similar and it's nice to have someone different.

The cast is getting pretty big now, I wonder if they'll kill more characters next season? [Spoilers] I mean, they already killed one in season 2, who knows what's coming next?

Piefan, I think you're right in calling Episode 4 a filler episode, since its plot is really random and doesn't add anything to the main plot, but it does have some sort of function: since it's near the beginning, it kind of demonstrates the different characters' personalities, and it also has some funny lines. But you're right that it's not the most memorable episode. I personally think Episode 8 (the second filler episode) is funnier than Episode 4, though it's even more irrelevant to the plot, which makes it a bit annoying. Episode 23 definitely wins the prize for the most annoying ImA episode: I just can't grasp why anyone would put a completely irrelevant filler episode right after Episode 22's cliffhanger. What were they trying to do?

Aliria, I agree with you about the characters. You're right that Rocco isn't all too original (tough-looking guys who are actually shy or sweet appear in a whole bunch of animes), though I do think Rocco's not the exact same character as the rest of those: I mean, he's a complete scaredy-cat, and it's so exaggerated that it makes Rocco funny. Kitti's siblings are fun indeed, and each very different. I understand why she finds them so annoying though. I like how Shiro and Yuzuki are so close.
